Tim Hockett, Olympic Community Action Program’s Executive Director, announced that OlyCAP has successfully completed the planned purchase of their administrative offices in Port Townsend. “It was very exciting to put pen to paper and actually close a deal we have been working toward for three years,” said Hockett. “The purchase will help us significantly reduce our occupancy costs.”  OlyCAP moved into the complex in the Port Townsend Business Park in May 2005.
