Part 1: Qualifications

1.    You MUST reside in Jefferson or Clallam County (some residents in Mason County who have PSE will apply here as well)

2.    If you live outside of these counties go to www.liheapwa.org to find where you need to apply.

3.    You may only qualify ONE time for each program (PSE or LIHEAP) starting October 1, 2011.  FUNDING IS AVAILABLE UNTIL IT IS EXHAUSTED.
