Olympic Community Action Programs is a non-profit human services organization offering a wide variety of programs serving low-income, at-risk, and special needs populations. RECEPTIONIST position at the OlyCAP Forks office. Temporary position, 20 hrs week, $8.55 per hour starting immediately through the end of June. Interested candidates for this on-the-job training position must qualify for the Title V program, must be 55 or older and low income. SUBSTITUTES FOR HEAD START: CLASSROOM AIDES, COOKS AND KITCHEN AIDES. Jefferson and Clallam County locations. Experience in infant toddler and/or preschool setting is required. SUBSTITUTES FOR SENIOR NUTRITION KITCHEN AIDES: for Forks, Port Angeles, Sequim, Brinnon, Port Townsend, and Tri-Area Community Centers. $8.55 hr. Responsible for washing dishes and assisting cook. Ability to perform daily tasks with minimal supervision. Minimum requirements: Food handlers card, capable of lifting fifty pounds and work in standing position for a few hours. HOME CARE AIDES: Come join the OlyCAP Team as a Home Care Aide in Jefferson and Clallam Counties. Earn money and provide a valuable service, helping the elderly in your community. OlyCAP offers flexible hours, paid time off, medical benefits, paid training and mileage reimbursement. $9.96 per hour to start with increases after 12 months. Medical Insurance available if working 20 hours/week or more. Flexible schedules to meet individual needs.
