Housing Preservation Program

The Housing Preservation Program provides housing rehabilitation to qualified homeowners.  Services include foundations, roofs, plumbing, electrical, handicap access, health and safety issues including Lead Based Paint.  Services are paid with grant funds and no interest 20 year deferred loans.  Grants are up to $5000 for site built homes and $2500 maximum for manufactured housing.  Emergency funds are available.

Housing Weatherization, Home Repair and

Rehabilitation Program

This program provides weatherization services for individuals, at 125% of federal poverty level.  Services provided are Insulation, Air Sealing, Minor Repairs, Energy Education, Health and Safety Issues, Lead-base paint Inspections, HUD Housing Quality Standards Inspections, Moisture Control, Combustion Safety Testing & Refrigerator Replacement.  Clients must have weatherization services before they can access HRRP dollars.  This program cannot assist with RV Repairs or Emergency Funding.
