Working Image serves low-income women who are seeking interviews, job stability or promotions.  While providing complete work-appropriate outfits selected specifically for the woman being served, trained volunteers provide information and support to bolster a woman’s confidence and ability to put their best foot forward, whether in an interview or in basic job performance.  Each woman seeking employment receives three interview appropriate outfits and/or a week’s worth of clothing when she gets her job.  The program serves Jefferson, Clallam & Kitsap counties.  

Women are referred to Working Image through their employer, OlyCAP, or another social service agency.

Volunteers Needed!

We have opportunities for volunteers to become personal shoppers, merchandisers, and provide administrative assistance.  Hours are flexible.  Join our team to make a difference in the lives of women in our community.

Monetary contributions are needed to support operating costs.

Donate gently used work-appropriate women’s clothing. Please donate clothing that you would feel comfortable wearing to an interview or job.  We can only use laundered, ironed or dry cleaned clothing.

We accept: Gently used dresses, blouses, sweaters, skirts, suits, slacks, casual pants, blazers, coats, shoes, belts, scarves, handbags and jewelry.  Also accepted are new hosiery and bras.

If you donate clothes inappropriate for our customers we may consign them and use the cash earned to support the program.  All donations to Working Image OlyCAP qualify as tax deductible, as permitted by law.
